"He is Not Here," a short work written for the 2013 Easter services at the First United Methodist Church of Ashland, Oregon.

For two trumpts and organ. The two trumpets represent the two angels in the tomb. Playing in canon at the unison with a variety of time spans between parts, they spin one musical line into a multi-temporal expression of the momentous event of Easter.
